Schedule Games
MockSlate Schedule Games are contests built around the NFL schedule itself — survive the season picking high-scoring games, draft broadcast slots before the schedule exists, and predict the primetime slate. Four games are free to enter and prize-eligible; six more come with MockSlate Pro.
Free games — prize-eligible, open to everyone
Primetime Portfolio
FreeBefore the schedule drops, invest 100 shares across the 32 teams by how many primetime games you think each gets. Closest portfolio to reality wins.
Schedule Survivor
FreePick one game a week — both teams are gone for good. Land in the top half of the week's slate by combined points or you're out. Last player standing wins.
Schedule Release Draft
FreeDraft the 17 games you think will score the biggest — believe in an offense like the Lions? Grab their games before someone else does. Best Game scoring does the rest.
Schedule Props
FreeBefore the 2027 schedule drops, call over or under on 20 facts about it. Cowboys primetime games: 6.5 — over or under?
Pro games — glory, no prize
These six games are part of Pro — $12/year (founding rate for 2026) unlocks all of them, plus private friend leagues and advanced stats.
Slot Draft
ProDraft the schedule before it exists. You're not picking games — you're picking the marquee broadcast slots. Whatever the NFL puts there is yours.
Over the Slate
ProBefore the season, call the 10 games that will score the biggest — and rank them. Watch the real Highest-Scoring Games board fill in all season.
Bye Board
ProPredict all 32 teams' bye weeks before the schedule drops. Sounds easy. It isn't.
Off the Map
ProEvery week, one game airs to almost nobody. Find it. Pick the Sunday 1:00 game covering the least US land area on the week's TV map.
Booth Call
ProBefore the schedule exists, pick the 18 games Fox's top booth will call — and the 18 CBS's will. The matchups are known; the windows aren't. Read the networks' minds.
Flex Watch
ProEvery week of flex season, call which game gets flexed in — and which gets buried.
Schedule Games FAQ
What are Schedule Games?
Contests built around the NFL schedule itself — not fantasy points. Survive the season picking high-scoring games, draft broadcast slots before the schedule exists, predict every team's primetime count, and more. They run across the whole football calendar.
Which games are free?
Schedule Survivor, Schedule Release Draft, Primetime Portfolio, and Schedule Props are completely free to enter and prize-eligible — no purchase necessary. Slot Draft, Over the Slate, Bye Board, Off the Map, Booth Call, and Flex Watch come with MockSlate Pro.
How do I win a prize?
Each of the four free games carries a $100 season prize, won through its public national leaderboard. Prizes only ever attach to the free games — entry never costs anything, and Pro perks never affect prize eligibility or odds.
What does Pro add?
Six exclusive games (Slot Draft, Over the Slate, Bye Board, Off the Map, Booth Call, and Flex Watch — leaderboard glory, no prizes), private friend leagues in Schedule Release Draft, multiple league memberships, in-draft history panels, and advanced stats. $12/year founding rate for 2026 (then $19/year).
When do entries open?
Booth Call opens first, in early January at final standings; Primetime Portfolio, Slot Draft, Schedule Props, and Bye Board open in February (Props posts its 20 lines then, and the draft board is already up); Schedule Survivor, Schedule Release Draft, and Over the Slate open at schedule release in May. Off the Map runs weekly during the season — join any week. Flex Watch is open as soon as the schedule is loaded — its questions lock one by one on the flex ladder, from late September through the Week 18 finale.
MockSlate's prize games are free-to-enter skill contests — no purchase necessary. Pro-exclusive games are prize-free and carry no cash award. Not affiliated with the NFL or any team.
